STUDIO CONCEPT A fictional brand and independent design study. Mockups are illustrative AI-generated visuals, not commissioned client work.
✳01 / THE BRIEF
A different starting point.
A homeware catalogue should help readers understand a collection without feeling like a list of disconnected objects. The brief for this study was to create a reading experience that makes room for material, shape and everyday use.
✳02 / THE APPROACH
A clear creative direction.
Warm cream pages, terracotta accents and a restrained typographic system support generous still-life photography. The page rhythm alternates between full images, open space and short editorial passages.
✳03 / THE VISUAL LANGUAGE
The details make the difference.
The catalogue is treated as an object in its own right. Paper, margins and pacing contribute to the mood just as much as the imagery. Together, these details make the catalogue feel like a natural extension of the objects it introduces.

✳04 / MAKING IT WORK
One idea. Different expressions.
The direction is explored across complementary formats, with each application doing a different job.
The opening spread
A generous first image establishes the collection's atmosphere before the editorial system introduces more detail.
A measured rhythm
Changes in image size and whitespace keep the reading experience varied while a consistent grid holds the pages together.
The physical object
A quiet cover and carefully controlled type hierarchy suggest a catalogue that feels comfortable to keep and revisit.
