Project enquiries

The enquiry form asks for your name, email address, project requirements and optional business name and timeline. This information is used to review your request and respond. Please avoid including passwords, payment information or sensitive personal details.

How submission works

Enquiries are sent to the studio’s configured delivery destination only when that service is available. If delivery is not configured or fails, the website shows an error and does not claim that your enquiry was received. Your form stays available so you can copy your message or contact the studio through Instagram.

Your project guide

The project guide asks a fixed set of questions to help prepare your brief. It does not use AI or send your answers to an AI provider. Before starting, you choose whether to allow Vayu to save your answers in MongoDB. You can review and edit the full brief before submitting it. Please do not include passwords, payment details or sensitive personal information.

Conversation and enquiry storage

Consented chat drafts expire after 30 days. When you explicitly submit a project brief, the conversation and confirmed contact details are retained for up to 180 days so the studio can review and respond. A submitted enquiry is visible only through the protected studio admin inbox. An opaque, HttpOnly session cookie reconnects your browser with your conversation; chat content and contact details are not stored in browser local storage. The admin uses a separate session cookie that expires after eight hours.

Storage and spam protection

The assistant stores conversations and confirmed briefs as described above. The separate Contact form uses its configured delivery destination. Temporary, pseudonymous request counts stored in MongoDB help limit spam and repeated sign-in attempts. A configured Contact-form delivery destination may retain delivered messages according to its own policies.

External services

MongoDB Atlas stores consented conversations and enquiries, and Vercel hosts the native Next.js application. Each provider operates under its own terms and privacy practices. Instagram links take you to a separate service with its own privacy policy. Hosting infrastructure may process technical request information to operate and protect the website. This website does not add advertising trackers or analytics cookies.
